The material felt cheap and lacked the promised pleated detailing, leaving me questioning the accuracy of the product description on the website. Moreover, the size of the skirt was significantly larger than expected, resulting in an unflattering and uncomfortable fit. I like the way the app is simple and has wide variety of designs. Literally if you want to buy some trendy outfit you should choose urbanic. I have got like 3 outfits so far but only 2 of them suited me and thats fine. The only issue I got with is the sizes. I understand solving sizes issue is very challenging but most of the great designs especially the dresses I liked have XL as last option. I also checked out the curvy section but outifts are limited, I just wish more and more options are available for curvy persons also. The first order was made 20 days ago, and their delivery policy says 8-13 days for standard delivery which I opted. It’s been 20 days and I still haven’t received my product. The order was made as a gift for someone before they leave the country, now I can no longer give it to them. The worst part being the order has reached a warehouse that’s barely a few kilometres from my house 3-4 days ago and they have not attempted delivery. I just don’t get it! The second order was place 5 days ago and they still haven’t dispatched it. You have terrible service. It’s disappointing when you have such good products and we can not access them on time.
