The interface is simple and the EQ features are useful. However, the Urbanista Miami headphones are not supported in the app. Miami is still a popular model with strong ANC and battery life, and many users would benefit from EQ and firmware support through the app. I hope Urbanista considers adding Miami compatibility in a future update. Even if I still use them, and even if I let the app open in background. It drives me crazy. I've already reported the issue to Urbanista but they only responded to me a "nice" memo type of answer. It is so bothering because I really wanted to switch my Airpods Max to this company because of their innovative solar panels auto rechargeable stuffs. Even though website and this app update page says it does. So now just have to guess at battery percentage and not able to change the EQ presets. I have Urbanista Malibu, Phoenix and Los Angeles. In other words- all products with solar charging panels. Never I have witnessed such a horrible attitude for a customer. Headband of Los Angeles broke down after few months of using the product. I typed emails, sent messages on messenger and instagram. Literally the brand does not care. What matter is a production of poor quality plastic products and you can’t believe what I have heard: they don’t have a spare parts to change the plastic band in the headband. They work great for me but I couldn’t figure out how to check the battery level. I was happy to find there was an app…until I tried to connect my new Miami headphones and got the message, "Oh no! Unfortunately, Urbanista Miami is not supported by the Urbanista app." It then directs you back to their website for a list of supported devices. Ridiculous. If you won’t support the headphones I have, I’m certainly not going to buy another set that I don’t need.
