From the start of subscribing to their service they took 3 months to give my first match. When I asked for a refund they said that if they don’t deliver 10 matches within 6 months of sending the first match they would give me a refund. It has now been 7 months after sending me my first match, and they have given me a total of 3 subpar matches. When I asked for refund due to non delivery of service they refused to give the refund. Please don’t waste your time or money with them. Very unprofessional. ### 1/5 — Reshma *2026-03-18* Profiles dont load on app page.
