Do not use this service
They told me they will give 10 matches in 6 months. From the start of subscribing to their service they took 3 months to give my first match. When I asked for a refund they said that if they don’t deliver 10 matches within 6 months of sending the first match they would give me a refund. It has now been 7 months after sending me my first match, and they have given me a total of 3 subpar matches. When I asked for refund due to non delivery of service they refused to give the refund. Please don’t waste your time or money with them. Very unprofessional.

Profiles dont load on app page. No updates and recommendations suitable as per profile and no initiative from the team to move the engagement forward

The worst app
Please save your money and time and do not go for the VIP gold service. Neither will they find you a match that somewhat aligns to you nor will they actively update you on the progress. I’ve had this for about three years and they have not found me one date. The mixers will be the same few people that definitely are not the caliber or mix you signed up for. It’s not worth it at all.

App not user friendly
I’ve been trying to create an account but when it comes to entering information, there are many glitches and I can’t input information correctly. And when it comes to the self verification the app freezes.
