## What is UrbanMix Inspect?

Inspect turns any iPhone or iPad into a field data tool for multifamily construction and property management.

Walk a unit once. Using the LiDAR sensor on supported iPhone and iPad models, Inspect captures the space and generates a 3D model, a dimensioned floor plan, a punch list, and a priced renovation scope — so field notes and measurements are recorded on site instead of re-entered later at the office.

What you can do:
