If you send a chat , same record appears twice one as sent and another as unsent. This makes it very difficult to track chats. Additionally sometimes the links to join meetings donot appear correctly like instead of opening in the app it opens on the browser always. Being new to the app, I’m worried if this is a regular scene here. Very disappointing because the session cannot be rescheduled also. Requesting urban pro to look into the matter with urgency so that it is not repeated. And when I contacted his help line then help line also not working. So please all are aware from these scammers Thanks ### 1/5 — Please be aware of this fraudulent company *2023-03-27* They are very fraudulent people, they took 6000 from me and when I say teacher is not so good like on day 4 they said you had passed your date of money back later I find they told that teacher because of bad review no money shall given to you. Please remember it’s just day 4. They are highly professional people who are well trained in fraudulent scams and tricking people. Our experience was extremely good and it has instilled great confidence in my child in picking up the language. Pushpalaxmi ma’am is not only an expert on her subject but, with her teaching methodology she tries to understand the level of the child and then, builds a learning plan and a connect with the child to help him/her come up. Should this app be shut down for violating family privacy and safety standards? ### 1/5 — Fraud app *2025-05-24* I had a terrible experience with this app. I paid money to register as a teacher with the promise of being given access to teach students, but after the payment, I was completely ignored. They took my money and never gave me access to the teaching platform. I reached out multiple times for support, but received no proper response or resolution. It’s extremely frustrating and feels like a scam targeting educators who are trying to earn honestly. Please don’t fall into the same trap. This app is not trustworthy and should be reported for fraudulent practices. The teacher has excellent subject knowledge, explained the concepts clearly, and patiently answered all my child’s questions. My child felt comfortable and gained confidence during the class.
