the app will suddenly randomly seeming need to reverify your identity. isn’t designed to share between partners like you obviously would. and locks you out from accessing child care providers or seeking care which for me created urgent and potentially emergency situations when I suddenly don’t have access to communicate with care takers. garbage.

Finding job full time/ part time is difficult through this app. The membership fee is high and they do background check still you apply multiple jobs through them you won’t be able to land any. I gave up after few months. Their membership is recurring and if you fail to cancel the membership it’s non-refundable and they don’t even have customer service no, just an automated response. Anyone trying to find job through this app, avoid it. I used this for three months and deleted it, they have charged my membership fee again and won’t refund. No customer service number!!!! Please don’t waste your money.

They have plans on there that’s 25$ a month just to get on the app and we are paying babysitters 21$ an hour less than what the parents make !! It’s like why! Why is there a payment plan for families to pay just to find a babysitter last minute and then have to find ones that charge less. It’s bad enough they pressure you into paying more, just to find a babysitter when not everyone has that kind of money- some of us are just trying to get by.

This release updates how caregivers see rates on job posts marked "dependent on experience." Caregivers now see their own configured rate rather than ambiguous placeholder text, making it easier to evaluate opportunities without confusion.

Under the hood, we've migrated from CocoaPods to Swift Package Manager, moved CI to faster infrastructure, and applied security patches for improved stability.
