We let the algorithm take the lead, and if we didn’t like the choice, use the Magic 8 ball slot machine to try again. Guess those old cool apps are just not around anymore. Stop being like every other restaurant app. Go back to what urbanspoon used to be before combining with zomato. Bring back the wheel. Can’t decide where to eat? Give this a spin. But a lot of the reviews are not current. Most of the latest reviews are 3 years and older. I have been using Four square. It is getting better but a lot of restaurants are not listed. Any suggestion on a app that will fill my need. However each version of Zomato has gotten worse where it is extremely difficult to locate nearby food venues of specific types and with reliable reviews. The purchase of urban spoon by Zomato ruined a very user friendly useful app. It’s no longer worth having on my phone. THEN, everything moved to the Zomato app, this app only redirected you to the Zomato app, and it wasn’t as good. Now, the Zomato app only works in India and UAE. Why is this even available on the App Store, now? AppleMaps is getting closer to a similar rating system. And on days like today when you can’t think of what you want to eat, I think of the original UrbanSpoon app and wish there was something out there that could bring up some great suggestions.
