I will remove my review if the problem is addressed. **Developer response:** Hi, the problem is already fixed, please download the latest update. ### 1/5 — Absolute worst app ever and useless service!!! *2021-10-14* I downloaded the user app and signed up so I could become a provider which you have to go through the user app to set up. I download the provider app and try to login but I get a weird message saying, “Exception: account not accepted: please submit your request through the admin panel account!” So the app is yelling at me to do something somewhere I can’t find. I try for an hour or so. Logout of user account, delete apps and reinstall, try it on my gf’s older phone, log out of and back into my Apple ID account. Finally give up and contact the chat line. Guy can’t answer my questions even after having sent three screenshots of the situation do he just bugs out. Leave a terrible review on Trust Pilot so someone reached out from Handy. Three days later and god knows how many emails saying the same thing every time and I’m getting the feeling like Handy has hired people from another planet for customer service cause I keep getting the same stupid answers. No one actually reads the emails cause they aren’t answering the questions or looking at the screenshots I send.
