What is going on with this app?? ### 1/5 — One of the trashest apps known to mankind *2023-02-08, version 5.4.18* It’s hard to put into words how bad this app is with the constant updates, glitches, UI issues. I only downloaded this app because my building is tragically linked to this app, and I need it for essentials. Download this app if you want to increase your stress levels and frustration in life. ### 1/5 — Terrible User Friendliness *2022-12-12, version 5.4.17* The app needs an update once a week, logs you out each time, and so often says I am using the wrong password to login even though it's the correct one. ### 1/5 — Such an inconvenience *2022-10-06, version 5.4.14* For the life of me I cannot understand the incessant need to update this app EVERY WEEK for no noticeable changes. It’s a series of inconveniences that ultimately makes the app more of a nuisance than an aid to stay connected to amenities and events. God, please give us an better option or app developer so that users don’t have to re-login every week after unnecessary updates. What’s the point of an app? ### 1/5 — Double booking error *2021-06-12, version 5.2.9* So this app had some system errors that caused double bookings, but was able to tell which party booked first, so accurately. We made a reservation about 3 weeks ago. Several hours before the reservation took place, we were informed that the place was double booked. Because the other party booked the room 30mins ahead of us, the mgmt decided to cancel ours… surprise! ### 1/5 — Still buggy a year later *2021-06-04, version 5.2.9* app constantly crashes and can never seem to keep you logged in. Every time you open the open you have to sign back in. Wish I didn’t have to deal with this app to use my building’s amenities. ### 1/5 — No calendar for booking reservations *2021-02-11, version 5.2.3* They updated the app recently and for some reason neglected to keep the calendar feature when booking a time slot for fitness reservations (as is necessary now due to Covid) So now if I want to book a 9am time slot a few days in advance, I have to scroll through EVERY time slot between now and then to find it. It’s infuriating. Please reinstate the booking calendar! ### 1/5 — Terrible App *2021-01-22, version 5.2.2* I have not been able to make a reservation on this app since October 2020!!! My building is charging me a fee every month for the privilege of accessing the gym ! Every time I try to enter my user name or email address it asks me for my password and when I enter the password it doesn’t work! What’s going on??? I don’t have the time for that . I work long hours and it’s very important for me to go to the gym! ### 1/5 — Bad App *2020-10-04, version 5.2.1* It looks like this app was created by amateurs. The logic flow is hard to understand and you need to contact in-person support for everything. It worked better with in person or over the phone reservations. It’s a pity, especially because I’m forced to use it by my building. I love the amenities team. The people are great. The amenities are good. Frankly ChatGPT could have built a better app. Not sure why this app even exists. Who is funding this piece of vaporware? Impossible to log in, impossible to reset password, impossible to get things fixed through customer support. No idea why businesses use this 3rd party to organize their bookings. NYC gym. ### 1/5 — Night (mare) and day from Mind Body app — URBN is missing more than the A *2023-09-12, version 5.4.25* This app makes scheduling appointments in my buildings pool extremely difficult and impossible to track. The pool has 5 lanes, but the app only shows one lane at a time, so in order to find an open time slot, one is obligated to navigate backward and forwards repeatedly. Once an appointment is booked, there is only a note with the time and date, no duration and the date does not specify the day of the week, which would simplify with clarity. Mind Body can be accessed through a website that can be reached in any browser on computer or phone, does not require a data hoovering app like URBN Playground. Mind Body also navigates much more elegantly. I have not seen these many updates on any other app. Can you bunch them up in bigger releases? Are there that many bugs found regularly?
