You can select the word in alphabetical order (English meanings) by clicking “words” in the menu bar. Basic everyday Urdu words!

Click on the "alphabet" button in the menu bar, you can get the sound elements of the Urdu language. 

Urdu is the official national language of Pakistan. In India, it is one of 22 constitutionally recognised official languages. As both registers are composed of the same Indo-Aryan vocabulary base, colloquial Urdu is largely mutually intelligible with colloquial Hindi. Urdu, is the 11th most widely spoken language in the world, with 170 million total speakers, including those who speak it as a second language.
