## What is Urent?

Urent – e-scooter and bike share app. If you want to go for a ride with friends or get to your favourite coffee shop quickly and easily – Urent is a service for you! Fast and convenient way to move around the city, hundreds of parking lots where you can rent an electric scooter and leave it afterwards.


It’s simple!
- Download the app and register – it takes a couple of minutes, only a phone number and a bank card are needed.
- Find the nearest e-scooter on the map in the app.
- Scan QR-code on the wheel, choose tariff plan and press "Start"
- Unlock the scooter, push off and press the gas – the lever on the right side of the wheel.
- Hundreds of parking lots to lock the scooter easily and finish the rent.
- Keep an eye on the charge of the scooter to find parking complete the rent in time.
 


MULTI-RENT
Take up to 5 scooters and/or bikes per one account – just rent a few e-scooters or bicycles by scanning their QR-codes.


BOOKING AND STANDBY MODE
Book a bike or electric scooter in the app, and it will wait for you for 10 minutes.
You can close the lock and put the e-scooter in standby mode during rental – rent continues, but the lock will be closed, you can leave for a few minutes without worrying about your scooter safety.

The rental rules may differ for each city, so we recommend checking them before renting. Заплатила за 5 минутную поездку 160 рублей, потому что оказывается произошло обновление и теперь нужно заплатить за старт поездки, за каждую минуту 10 рублей и ещё страховку, ах да ещё из-за проблем с геолакцией в приложении я должна потратить минимум 2 минуты, чтобы мне припарковать в нужной же зоне этот самокат, больше ни ногой на этот самокат не встану. В москве такси и то дешевле выйдет.

как скачала, так и удалила сразу после поездки. 
половина транспорта- и велосипеды и самокаты неисправны, но продолжают находиться на линии. 
стертые колеса, поломанные кнопки газа, все избитые и поломанные, но за ними никто не следит. 
я пользовалась электро велосипедом впервые и на самокаты никогда не вставала, не знала, что да как, но была уверена, что при серьезных поломках точно на линии стоять не должны, значит моя безопасность зависит от меня, поэтому решила попробовать, к сожалению. 
велосипед был с подломанной кнопкой газа (не возвращалась в исходное положение), велосипед меня прокатил по земле, когда я просто взяла его в руки после начала поездки. чтобы получить хоть какую то компенсацию (я не говорю о больших деньгах, хотя бы чтобы за поездку вернули)- нужно пройти 7 кругов ада со справками и доказательствами, что упала я по их вине (кстати они мне ответили, что у меня было 3 минуты, чтобы проверить исправность транспорта, но я никогда не пользовалась таким и даже без понятия что проверять. в общем в любом случае даже со справками на 100% я уверена, что вину переложили бы на меня). сняли велосипед с линии или оставили, чтобы кто то себя покалечил для меня неизвестно, но осмотрев его после было видно, что не я одна с него летала. всем спасибо всем пока!

Сколько бы не писала в поддержку, не дают точно ответа, просто так подключается подписка и списывают за неё деньги, отключить нельзя, пишут «она бесплатная» не знаю что с этим делать

Просто отвратительное приложение, Арендовал самокат за 1 минуту 300 руб вывело так еще и не давал запарковаться и сделать паузу я бегом скидываю родным деньги в итоге когда пришел домой деньги перестали списываться.
