Not sure why I paid for a service that lets you add and remove websites at will? I thought there would be some kind of protection against it in moments of weakness but I guess not.

Horrible just horrible I couldn’t do anything at all because as soon as you open the app they make show you this thing that makes you think you can get a free trial on their bs membership and then when you have no way to get it off your screen unless you act like your gonna pay for it and then don’t it’ll ask why you passed it up and when you get that off your screen it pops up another thing that says a 67% off of their membership deal this time there is no way to get it off your screen so I cut the app off and then go back to it and it pops the free trial thing again and it’s a never ending loop so I clicked to try the free trial just to get it off my screen and the next thing you know I got charged ten bucks this app is a horrible money grab to take money from people needing help with addiction

**Developer response:** We’re sorry for the frustrating experience. The free trial should not result in an unexpected charge, and our subscription screens are not intended to prevent you from using the app.

Subscriptions and trial billing are processed through Apple, so if you were charged unexpectedly, please request a refund through Apple Support. We’d also appreciate the opportunity to investigate what happened with the screens you encountered so we can make sure they’re working as intended.

OK, so I downloaded the app a couple days ago and I really loved using it. But when I was trying to comment on a board, I could no longer type so I deleted the app to restart things since I will type one letter and the keyboard would disappear. I re-downloaded the app and there’s no way to sign back in to create a new account I need to go through the steps to re-register and then my Clock reset which I’m not too thrilled about. If there is a way to sign into resume where I left off, please let me know if not, this app is a huge disappointment when a technical error arises.

**Developer response:** We're sorry you ran into this. You should not need to start over after reinstalling the app—returning users can sign back into their existing account and restore their progress.

It sounds like the sign-in option may have been missed during onboarding, and we'd be happy to help get you back into your account. Please contact our support team through the app/site and we'll help you restore access.

This app blocked more than I thought it would but unfortunately isn’t able to block Reddit but it keeps your streak and gives you the record to beat if you relapse and that’s just in the free version so I think it’s pretty motivational with the small things definitely worth the download

have struggled to quit since i was a teenager - and haven’t been able to stick to it EVEN THOUGH it has really harmed my relationship with my partner and myself. have always felt like this held me back and finally feel empowered and back in control. THIS APP IS A BLESSING!
