The people in the gym can't do it also. ### 1/5 — Bad manager *2024-08-25, version 1.19.53* Who cares about the app when the business is a scam. General manager tells you he cancels accounts and doesn’t then continues to charge you and gaslights you if you tell him he told you it was done. Everything is based on technicalities and apparently as general manager he has no control over anything. Worst business ever. DO NOT GO THERE. ### 1/5 — Scam Gym *2024-08-25, version 1.19.53* Who cares about the app. This gym (specifically the Fairless Hills location) is a scam. Stole over $1,000 from my family and refused to cancel memberships and PT sessions. The general manager tells you one thing and then turns around telling you another. Literally told us he can’t control who gets charged what. DO NOT GO TO THIS GYM. ### 1/5 — Useless *2024-07-18* Can’t get into the gym with the barcode via the app. It’s the main reason I even have this app. The scanner is ALWAYS braking or not recognizing the barcode. I also can’t sign up for any classes or view the schedule because the app crashes if you try to. These are literally the ONLY reasons anyone would need this app and it’s just sitting here taking up room on my phone. It been almost a year and my account won’t stop being charged. I don’t even go to the gym anymore that’s why I cancelled it and I’m about to get a lawyer because this is not legal. ### 1/5 — Total disaster with billing! *2026-02-03, version 3.6.51* Doubled billed me upon joining and can not get it figured out , now getting late notices etc and can not get anyone on the phone to help, total lack of customer service! They’ve taken 10-20 bucks if you pay your subscription even 1 or 2 days if you’re using promo, and cannot be able to cancel the subscription. I can’t cancel it because of the promotion, the manager have said before that I will pay just 10 dollars for month with using promotion but now they take 30 dollars monthly and I don’t even have any chance to cancel it. The last thing is that I want to say about this scammers is, if you can’t cancel your subscription as me, then congratulations buddy, you can’t remove your card from your account, so they still can take money from you. ### 1/5 — Horrible gym *2025-11-16* They have so many expensive , horrible internet and employees ### 1/5 — Scam *2025-11-14, version 3.6.50* You can’t cancel your plan no matter what ### 1/5 — Horrible app service *2025-08-10, version 3.6.2* Recent updates won’t allow me access to the gym. Contacted customer service said to a couple of things and if it didn’t work contact them again. i did and nothing worked, so i contacted them multiple times and they never responded ### 1/5 — Update is bad *2025-08-02, version 3.6.1* This new update is horrible. 1st the classes wasn't showing, then they were showing with the same instructor and class for every slot. Now the classes are showing but they aren't the. Lasses I signed up for or the times. It says you can chat with your trainer but it's unavailable. This app was rolled out way too soon. ### 1/5 — You may want to avoid *2025-07-30, version 3.5.4* This app changed after the first day I downloaded it. I paid for this membership and could see all the classes in day one. Next thing you know classes disappeared and instead of a QR code it’s a bar code. I feel like I been scammed low key. I’ve been a member since they first opened. ### 3/5 — Scanner doesn’t work. *2025-09-12, version 3.6.3* Good gym but paying for premium membership to get 24/7 access and scanner doesn’t work to let me in the door before or after hours. Please fix. ### 2/5 — App is far tooo glitchy *2026-06-01, version 4.3.1* Initially, the app was fine, but the more I’ve used it the more I’ve realized how glitchy it is and how it’s erased data and has no record of any of my attendance for the last month and then tries to act like my payment is behind when it’s actually not which then impacts my ability to join classes when openings are available. It’s a very disappointing experience and they need a better user interface or they need somebody to fix some of the issues on the backend that are creating these glitches.
