UrgeBlock gives you a single tool for the hardest moment: the pause.

Whether you're fighting the urge to vape, spend, scroll, eat, smoke, or gamble — UrgeBlock puts a 60-second pause between you and your impulse. That moment is often all you need to choose differently.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Name what's pulling at you — Food, Vape, Smoke, Spend, Scroll, Gamble, or anything custom
2. Start the pause — a 60-second countdown holds the space while a calm message stays on screen
3. Record the outcome — did you resist or act? No judgment either way
4. Watch the pattern — your daily resistance score builds over time
