I love this app. I use it to remember that I took my medication, did my skincare routine, track when I went to the gym, and how often I’ve been reading rather than scrolling on my phone. The tracker motivates me to keep the streak going and I’ve been more consistent with my routines because of it. Would recommend to anyone trying to improve their life.

This app has helped me quit my addictions and start working on stuff that I’ve been trying to work on this app kills two birds with one stone with 100% recommend for anyone trying to work on anything!!
