I’ve tried many solutions for my shy bladder, all of which have been expensive and inconsistent. This app has really helped me to finally see some progress after years of struggle, and the price is minimal in comparison. Looks great too, easy to use.

I’ve had issues for a while but just had no idea what to do about it and where I could go to get it sorted. I didn’t think there was anything out there that could help. I’ve only just started using this app and have already found great results. Feels good to finally be getting better results, excited to see how it continues to help me!!!

Thank you!!! I’ve been looking for an app like this, since downloading and following the Gradual Exposure Plans I’ve gone from a 8/10 sufferer to a 2/10 sufferer. Would recommend to anyone struggling with Paruresis.
