We observed a mismatch between the sub meter reading and the government electricity bill. To verify this, we installed a parallel meter. The readings from our meter and the parallel meter matched, but there was still a mismatch with the government reading.
As suggested by the UrjaVidhi team, the government CT was checked and it was found to be correct. We appreciate the support and guidance provided by the UrjaVidhi team during the verification process.
