Die App verbindet sich zwar mit der Cloud (grüner Status), aber: • der Menüpunkt „Kameras“ wird nicht mehr angezeigt • Live-Video ist nicht mehr verfügbar • Türöffner-Befehle schlagen mit „Befehl nicht gültig“ fehl • Neuinstallation, Ab-/Anmelden und iOS-Reset ändern nichts Die Hardware ist online und funktionstüchtig, aber die App/Cloud stellt die Kamera- und Steuerfunktionen offenbar nicht mehr für ältere Geräte bereit. Bitte um Klarstellung, ob Legacy-Videodoor-Systeme von CallMe 2.x nicht mehr unterstützt werden. ### 1/5 — Unusable *2024-09-11* I haven’t been able to use it since I moved into my apartment. Even the office manager couldn’t get it to work. They’ve sent messages for assistance twice and haven’t gotten any response. I also sent a message. App non affidabile! ### 1/5 — Nicht zu empfehlen. *2024-04-20* Leider nicht zu empfehlen nach ca. einem halben Jahr wurde das komplette System incl. Klingel ausgebaut. Funktioniert leider mehr als schlecht. Da hätten die Programmierer wohl etwas mehr Zeit und vorallem wissen investieren müssen. ### 1/5 — Less Than Ok *2024-01-13* Probably one of the least effective apps I’ve ever used. I can use to see who is at my door calling me, but the app is so glitchy and terrible that’s all I can do, and can’t actually buzz people in. In their defense the user manual does say “cheapest on the market” ### 1/5 — Funktioniert nicht! *2023-03-02* Die Kamera ist von der Verarbeitung wirklich TOP! Die App hingegen funktioniert nicht. Wir haben keinerlei Funktion. Ein Update gibt es auch nicht. Wir bauen die Kamera wieder ab und senden sie zurück. Schade drum! ### 1/5 — Vidoora *2023-01-12* App ist sehr anfällig und funktioniert nicht alles so wie es soll…Verbindungsaufbau nur sehr langsam und kein klingeln, nur Benachrichtigung im Sperrbildschirm, Schade, da meiner Meinung die Kamera von guter Qualität ist. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Urmet iOS Team. ### 1/5 — Funktioniert sehr schlecht *2022-10-01* Es ist sehr kompliziert ein Gerät mit dieser App einzurichten. Es gibt auch kein Menü um die App anzupassen. Eine Verbindung mit der Kamera der Türstation ist nicht möglich. Bei einem eingehenden Anruf kann nicht nur die Kamera aktiviert werden, es muss der Anruf angenommen werden. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Urmet iOS Team. ### 1/5 — Totally useless *2020-08-25* Doesn’t work 99% of the time, installed as my new build flat intercom required it, only works on WiFi and even then only just, 80% of the time the video or sound doesn’t work. On cellular, only the notification works, after that it just says signal poor even though a speed test will show 80Mb down and 40Mb up... ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Great app.!! *2020-10-09* App has everything the owner needs. Straight to the point. Receive calls from who’s at the door, see and talk to the person and unlock the door/gate all done remote via this app. Well designed app. ### 3/5 — Tut was es soll - einigermaßen *2025-02-26* Spröde, aber macht einigermaßen was soll. It does what it’s supposed to but it’s a shame you can’t open the door or gates without starting a call. This could be the perfect substitution to my gate opener if I could just use the app. Also, no HomeKit, Siri, Google, or Alexa integration. Like I said VERY basic. ### 3/5 — Pretty basic *2019-12-06, version 2.0.4* Basic app, does what it does ok but the whole system is pretty hard to work with. ### 3/5 — Finally got it working *2019-07-13, version 1.9* But a bit clunky as an app and very slow customer support but I managed to get it working on my own... needed to uninstall and reinstall a couple of time. ### 3/5 — Needs Improving *2018-12-04* Nice app but lacks certain features such as the ability to open the gate when the intercom isn't pressed. It can be frustrating to have the app crash when someone is calling. Once it crashes you have to hope the person presses the intercom again otherwise you cant open the gate. ### 2/5 — Good concept but not so good execution *2022-12-10, version 4.1.3* It’s a basic app that is a good idea in principle but on iPhone 13pro, the notification doesn’t come through if the phone is in sleep mode. Whereas on iPhone X, a call on the app rings like you’re receiving a call even if the phone is sleep mode. Please fix it so it rings on iPhone 13pro ### 2/5 — Works okay, but is too slow to react to calls *2021-10-13, version 3.0.11* The app is always very slow to launch and connect. It is also very slow to respond (can be around one minute) when you are called.
