DJ STENT MANAGEMENT

Track every inserted DJ stent with planned removal dates, stent type, size, and side. Receive automatic reminders before stents become overdue. Send removal reminders to patients via SMS in English, Hindi, or Gujarati with a single tap. Add stent removal dates directly to the system calendar. Mark stents as removed from the record, from the DJ Stent tab, or directly from your Apple Watch.

OT PLANNING

Apple Watch companion app has been significantly expanded. Today's operating list now shows each patient and procedure in a scrollable list. A dedicated DJ Stent tab displays all upcoming removal dates with overdue indicators. Stents can be marked as removed directly from the watch and the change syncs to the iPhone in real time.

The home screen now shows an inline schedule below the calendar. Upcoming surgery and stent removal dates are listed by day with patient names and procedures visible without opening any record.

The DJ Stent Status section in each record now includes a button to send an SMS removal reminder directly from the record detail page. Adding a stent removal date to the system calendar now shows a confirmation, a View in Calendar button, and an option to remove the event. The calendar event includes patient details and procedure notes.

Video thumbnails are now included in PDF exports. A frame picker lets you scrub through any attached video and choose the exact frame that appears in the printed report. Video thumbnails appear with a play indicator to distinguish them from photographs.

PDF image pages have been enlarged. Each image now fills the available page width and image-only pages show two images per page instead of three, making each image significantly larger in the printed report.

Swipe actions in the Records tab have been simplified. Swiping left reveals a single Delete action. Swiping right reveals Stent Out and Call actions when applicable.

The agenda on the home screen shows DJ stent removal entries with the source procedure listed, for example DJ Stent Removal in op PCNL, so the clinical context is visible at a glance.
