### 1/5 — App is not launching ever since updating!!

After updating the app, it refuses to launch and crashes immediately upon opening. The same issue occurs on my other, newer phone as well.

I contacted customer support, but they were unable to resolve the problem. Update after update, the issue still persists. After looking into it further, I discovered I’m not the only one affected, multiple users have reported the same issue to URPAY on X.

I have been locked out of my account for an entire month, and they still haven’t identified or fixed the underlying problem.

Worst app ever. I want to transfer my money from urpay to my account and it won’t let me claiming the I have exceeded my daily limit while I haven’t. I subscribe to the premium to be able to transfer the money and it still won’t. I called the customer service they still wont help.

تطبيق سيئ جداً في التعامل مع المشاكل التقنية وتجربتي معه للأسف سلبية تماماً. خدمة العملاء لديهم وتجربة الدعم الفني غاية في السوء؛ تضطر للانتظار على الخط لأكثر من 40 دقيقة متواصلة حتى يرد عليك أحد، وفي النهاية بدلاً من حل المشكلة تواجه أسلوباً غير احترافي وتصريفاً متعمداً من الموظفين وإنهاء للمكالمة دون تقديم أي مساعدة.
حتى الشكاوى الرسمية التي يتم رفعها داخل التطبيق لا يوجد عليها أي تجاوب فوري أو فائدة وتظل معلقة. لا أنصح بالاعتماد عليه طالما هذا مستوى دعمهم الفني وأسلوب تعاملهم مع العملاء.
