### 3/5 — Website is fantastic, app needs work

*2022-04-13, version 1.4*

So glad there is a “polyvore” type website again!!! That said, the app needs a ton of work…
The ads are too intrusive in that they randomly take the whole screen or open your internet browser to go to their other ad. I’d rather pay a few bucks for the app than deal with the major interruptions.
I never used the polyvore phone app, so I can’t compare, but this app is a bit clunky with navigation. Maybe it’s because the ads cover the navigation bar at the bottom, or maybe it’s because they are trying to cram the entire website into the app. I think it’d be better to simplify it to the social aspect and to creating sets. (Make it more like an IG interface) I also don’t see a clipper for the app…that’d be the first thing for people to need. Deleting the app for now, and I’ll stick with the website.

### 3/5 — Glitches

*2022-03-31, version 1.4*

App is convenient but needs a huge update moves very slow on the phone. Computer is fine though

### 3/5 — Interface needs help

*2022-01-31, version 1.4*

Ads take up a very large part of the visible screen, some times half the page, navigation is also not intuitive and I can see very few items at a time. It is currently still better to use the URSTYLE desktop page bc the app is not much more mobile friendly

### 3/5 — Not bad but needs more work

*2021-07-23, version 1.4*

It’s really hard and clunky and frustrating to make a collection and you can’t edit it or move things around once you finally do get it in. I think the ability to save crops would be nice like you could on polyvore. Just definitely needs some fine tuning

### 2/5 — Fun but doesn’t work great

*2021-07-23, version 1.4*

This app is really fun but has a lot of technical issues.

It just doesn’t load half of the time, some of the buttons when you click just don’t do anything and it overall isn’t very user friendly.

### 2/5 — Great idea, rough to use

*2021-04-07, version 1.4*

I love how the app is supposed to work but it doesn’t seem to want to most of the time so it’s hard to enjoy. Search function confusing, can’t access most of the results, pressing anything is skewed or doesn’t register at all. Runs so slow and glitchy. If it gets fixed up I’d really love using it but as of now it’s frustrating and irritating.

### 2/5 — Needs to be fixed

*2021-04-06, version 1.4*

The app is hard to navigate. I can’t edit my profile because I can’t save changes. If you lick on a set while scrolling and go back, it brings you back to the top instead of saving your place. Every time I open it I remember why I stopped using it. BUT the organizer is really good. It just needs to be updated.

### 3/5 — low quality pictures

*2021-02-22, version 1.4*

pretty nice app but the design is off, you should make the pictures bigger so we actually can see what we are adding to our sets. also make it so you can click on the item and it pulls up the brand, price, name of item before you add it to the set.

### 3/5 — good but could be great with improvements

*2020-11-18, version 1.4*

it would be great if it felt more like an app rather than a website, it feels slow and glitchy. there needs to be a back button and a profile button at the bottom instead of sliding to the right every time. the sliding thing in general is honestly very annoying. also would be nice if every time you clicked on something it didn’t lose your spot when you click the back button, its very annoying and inconvenient. also when you are editing there should be an indicator that tells you if your items are centered and straight and an undo button would be nice also. other than that its a good alternative to polyvore.

### 2/5 — All I want to do is create mood boards.

*2020-10-17, version 1.4*

1. Searching through all the low quality pictures hurts my eyes.

2. searching items is not easy to do. There isn’t any fluidity between pages. If you click on an item after searching then go ‘back’ with the arrow you aren’t back at the same page until you hit the magnifying glass again. This is too many steps.

3. clicking on certain items under inspiration takes you to the product’s website. But all I want to do is create mood boards and I can’t even save every item I see and like.

### 2/5 — Terrible UI and navigation.

*2020-07-05, version 1.4*

The user interface of this program is really terrible. There are so many steps need to just to do one action. The concept is good but the execution is pretty poor.

### 2/5 — Can’t make a set

*2020-04-08, version 1.4*

So I’ll open a draft set and I can’t add any more items than was already there. I can’t finish my draft sets! Please fix this

### 2/5 — nice concept but tbh

*2020-01-01, version 1.3.1*

It’s not that good. The collection is kinda meh, I don’t want to edit models out of the clothes. I also hate hate hate the ADS!!!! when you click the x option, it stays there so you can’t even use the app. I miss Polyvore.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Ads make this app unusable

*2022-10-08, version 1.4*

I would love this app if it wasn’t completely unusable due to ad videos popping up with every single item that I click

### 1/5 — Umm

*2020-05-11, version 1.4*

This app straight up doesn’t work. No maters what I click on, it just stays on the home screen.

### 1/5 — This is not off to a great start

*2020-04-28, version 1.4*

I just downloaded the app and went to open app and got an error. Tried 3 times same thing 😞

### 1/5 — I can’t log in..

*2020-04-22, version 1.4*

I’ve tried to log in with Facebook, insta and my email, every time it just kicks me out to the home screen..

### 1/5 — The worst app

*2020-03-13, version 1.4*

Who ever is the coder for this app needs to fired

### 1/5 — Technical Glitches

*2020-01-04, version 1.3.1*

This app doesn't let me save my creations. Everytime I try to save my creations to my photos/album it gives the option then force closes the app and makes me start all over again with a new creation. Also sharing to Instagram is not an option either. When trying to share My Creations to Instagram the app does not allow that option to share so that I can repost.

### 2/5 — Too many ads

*2023-01-29, version 1.4*

Every time you switch to a screen an ad pops it’s beyond annoying.

### 2/5 — Love but can’t stand the ads

*2022-11-04, version 1.4*

Earlier this year I used this app constantly and absolutely LOVED it! So much fun. But as of recent I get ad popups almost every few seconds 😞 not exaggerating, it’s awful. Idk what has changed but I really hope they fix this because I can’t use the app until they do, it’s too frustrating. If they fixed the ads I’d give it 5 stars!!!

### 2/5 — I miss polyvore user experience

*2022-09-30, version 1.4*

Can’t believe the crap you have to put up with to use this. It’s like they have no care for users. Why have an app if it’s so bad? Just why? Deleted.

### 2/5 — Too many intrusive ads, deleted right away

*2022-07-16, version 1.4*

This app has been played up by so many sites and creators, so I’m a bit sad that it’s been a disappointment so far. Downloaded on my iPad and played around with it, Ads were annoying but I decided to download it on my phone anyway. I swear every time I tapped on the screen a video player screen would pop up for 1 second and not play anything. Literally every single time😑 not even gonna deal with that, so I deleted it. Hope I don’t have to on my iPad, I miss polyvore😭

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Better on desktop, but the creators are really trying

*2022-04-07, version 1.4*

Full disclosure, I don’t create on the mobile app. I use the other features to browse and interact, but my creation happens on my laptop. However, this has been a godsend after Polyvore was so cruelly ripped out from under us. The URSTYLE team saw a need, and they filled it and actually listened to ex-polyvore users when it came to improvements. I consider this site now to be a totally viable polyvore replacement and I am extremely grateful.

### 5/5 — Polyvore Replacement

*2019-10-20, version 1.3.1*

I was bummed beyond bummed that Polyvore disappeared suddenly and all my creations GONE! Luckily I saved a handful of them before they went away but lost several other creations. ALAS, here comes URSTYLE! Thank you got being an amazing replacement for Polyvore ♥️ #hooked

### 5/5 — My favourite alternative to Polyvore!

*2019-10-06, version 1.3.1*

I am in love with this app! In my opinion, this is definitely the closest alternative to Polyvore. I have tried many different styling apps as a replacement, but UrStyle is the best. UrStyle has a styling interface almost identical to Polyvore, but even better. I love that I have the ability to completely organize and sort my clipped items into collections, which I don’t on most other styling apps.
The only thing missing is a clipper for iOS (similar to the ones Pinterest and Shoptagr have) that can be used within other shopping apps and on shop webpages in Safari. PLEASE make a clipper for iPhone users!

### 5/5 — RIP Polyvore

*2019-09-11, version 1.3.1*

So far, this is the closest alternative I’ve been able to find to Polyvore for creative collages for me as a writer. It’s one of the only apps with men’s clothes as well, and it has a decent amount of clothing options. It also has background and text and items available. I don’t know why it only has one other review, but since it took me forever to find this acceptable alternative, I figured I’d go ahead and write a review in case anyone else is still searching too.

**Developer response:** Thank you for the review! :) It's important to us, feel free to spread a news about new polyvore like app :)

### 4/5 — A good start!

*2020-12-18, version 1.4*

I have been desperate for something to fill the Polyvore void for months and so far, Urstyle’s gotten the closest to the Polyvore vibe with a less cluttered interface. The app is pretty much laid out the way the website is—so it looks nice, but on mobile, the scrolling is super jumpy (I get real tired of accidentally clicking back to the page I came from while scrolling through a collection bc my thumb slipped at a slight angle) and a lot of stuff is very slow to respond. The app’s got great potential and has still been a lot of fun to browse but for the time being, it’s a little buggy.

### 4/5 — I love this app but

*2020-11-02, version 1.4*

This app really does fill the polyvore shaped hole in my heart BUT the app has problems and needs some serious debugging and updates. It’s not a *terrible* app to use though and if you’ve been looking for a polyvore alternative it’s great! the way it worlds is a lot like polyvore already.

### 4/5 — extremely hopeful

*2020-05-23, version 1.4*

This app gets me extremely excited for the future in terms of finding a moodboard outlet that will replace polyvore. I say future because, although it has made extreme strides in the past year, it’s still somewhat frustrating to use. The app is so slow that it makes me want to close it and do something else. I’ll tap on the search bar and sometimes I have to tap 5 times in order for it to register that I’m trying to do something. I’ve also tried adding a bio to my account and it says that it’s saved but refuses to show up on my profile regardless if I’m changing it on mobile or desktop. I know this isn’t polyvore so I should keep a more open mind, but one of the biggest drawbacks is that there are no “precut” items. Polyvore used to save certain items that people cropped (usually leaving a thin white boarder around the shirt, flower, etc) but that’s not an option here. If I want an item that’s anything other then a white rectangle of the photo or a weird transparent of the photo I have to cut it out myself and that’s extremely time consuming and difficult to get right. I’m hoping this gets brought back. I will say I love the addition of a background AND a profile picture and love the overall font and layout of the app. It would maybe be a little helpful if you could go to your profile from the bottom instead of using the bar at the left tho. All in all I’m excited to see where this app goes but as of right now there’s a few too many things that annoy me for me to use it regularly.

### 4/5 — Love it, with one ENORMOUS caveat

*2020-03-25, version 1.4*

I love this app and use it all the time but there’s one thing that needs to be fixed because it is so frustrating that every few days I say I’ve had it with this app and want a divorce. Here’s what I’m talking about...

Okay so let’s say you are scrolling through someone’s sets or their liked items or the long list of groups or a hashtag you’ve searched or literally ANYTHING else and something catches your eye and you click on it so you can see it. Maybe you like it or click to see the items used or whatever. Great. We’re good. Okay and now you want to go back to that long list of items, sets, groups, or whatever you were scrolling through and keep scrolling. Well you know what’s going to happen? You’re going to get screwed, that’s what! Because you’re not going to be taken back to the place you left off but all the way to the top of the list so you have to scroll ALLLLL THE WAY BACK DOWN and figure out where you were. THIS IS WHAT MAKES ME THROW MY PHONE. This horrific glitch has the very sad consequence of making me avoid clicking on anything unless I’m really, really certain I’m going to think it’s fantastic and that it will have items I’ll want to like because otherwise it’s not worth having to scroll ALLLL THE WAY BACK DOWN to find my place again. This is beyond frustrating. It honestly feels cruel and sadistic. PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD fix this feature. Not just for my sake, but for everyone’s. And that includes my phone’s.

### 4/5 — AS CLOSE AS YOU CAN GET TO POLYVORE

*2020-03-16, version 1.4*

this is a review based on the online website version of ur style. so far this is a decent app, and the closest alternative you can get to polyvore that has items with a decent taste of style. other apps i’ve tried, the default items(clothing) were plain and generic, no sense of style if i’m being honest. i like this app cuz u can personalize ur items and even upload your own items. a concern i have on this app however is when i save a draft of my edit, the screen either makes my edit smaller or bigger which is annoying. (at least on the website). i have yet to download the app version, however i may update if needed later on. so far, it’s a decent app.

### 4/5 — small problem

*2020-01-10, version 1.3.1*

was working great until notifications suddenly stopped coming through a couple weeks ago! i have them turned on in settings and everything
