The online store says it is sold out. Customer service has been no help, as all they did was send me instructions on how to use the online store. The bike still works, but none of the app features. Wish i didnt buy this bike really ### 1/5 — App Won’t Connect to Bike *2024-10-24* I have tried more than 20 times to connect (pair) the app to the bike. I receive the same error message every time, telling me that the app won’t pair I can find no troubleshooting information to remedy this and the company will not answer my email and address this. Plus I can find no number for customer service. The bike is great but without the technology, it’s just another bike. ### 1/5 — Set dem letzten Update keine Funktion *2024-05-15, version 2.9.0* Seit dem letzten Update kann ich die App nicht mehr benutzen. Ich komme zwar rein aber das war’s auch schon. Der Support konnte mir auch nicht weiterhelfen. Alles mögliche versucht, die App gelöscht und neu installiert, abgemeldet neu angemeldet immer das selbe. Jedesmal fordert mich die App mich anzumelden mit irgendwelcher Nummer die ich nicht hab. Hilfe bekommt man von niemanden, leider. ### 2/5 — Not a bike for a bike rider *2023-10-23* Numerous issues. First my carbon 1 is a fixed gear bike that even without power you spin out at some 100+ rpm going up a 1-2% grade. Useless as I can’t keep up with my riding buddies doing 21-23mph. Second, the seat only goes down 1/2 way- so my wife can’t ride it. Third, I want to give away to some under- privileged kid but it needs to be unbound from my account - absolutely no info on how to do that. I’ve had it for nearly 2 years, 2 rides and it’s basically a piece of art but not a bike. ### 1/5 — Not good *2023-10-08* The GPS function randomly stops recording. Viel viel VIEL wichtiger ist mir aber: Baut bitte ein, dass die Alarme (zb Unauthorized Movement, etc) unbedingt mit einem Ton kommen! Die sind nur still. Was soll das? So bemerke ich das nur zufällig. Wenn ein Alarm kommt, will ich natürlich auch darauf aufmerksam gemacht werden, wenn ich gerade NICHT auf das Handy schaue! Das ist superwichtig!!! Bitte! Sent Urtopia an email and got a reply that they are upgrading app and keep checking for updates, but no indication of how long that will be. My bike will not turn on. Frustrating and disappointing. I've been waiting over 5 weeks for a tracking number for a warranty claim with zero replies to my recent emails. You cannot ignore customers who have urgent issues. I have sent multiple follow-ups regarding a delivery address update for my Carbon 1/1s parts, yet I have been met with total silence since mid-November. This level of unresponsiveness is unacceptable and makes the brand completely untrustworthy. Please have someone who actually cares about your brand's reputation check the email from paulojoliv (at) gmail.com immediately! ### 1/5 — Their customer service won’t answer, bike acting weird *2025-09-14* I have emailed customer support several times with ZERO replies over a particular issue where a random Bluetooth connection starts using the bike speaker in the middle of the day, and there is no way to override this on my end. It says to update firmware, but no updates are available. The bike also switches between gears without notice and has twice gone off the spokes twice in the last month that I’ve had it. ### 1/5 — Joel *2025-08-11* I’ve had the bike for two years now for approximately six months the bike had been in the shop waiting for parts. Then when I got home, the battery still wasn’t taken care of. Then I started having problems with the motor, shutting down in the middle of rides. It takes the pain out of writing a bike when you’re older. And the cool AI technology is like icing on the cake. And I’m grateful for the payment option where you can make monthly payments that made it possible for me to even get one. So so happy with this company! Customer service has improved since I purchased the bike. ### 5/5 — Awesome *2022-11-30* The issues in the bad reviews must have been addressed and fixed by the time I got my bike. I just purchased my bike at the end of November, 2022. The app is great and I have no troubles with the issues stated in previous reviews. I am able to change my speedometer to read MPH, I can track all my rides, set the alarms, play music through the Bluetooth speaker, and everything the app claims to do with no problems. This app is as good of a fitness tracker as my iWatch. Best feature… being able to playback all my rides, and watch my route from beginning to end. 😁 ### 4/5 — Not recording rides *2025-08-04* On random occasions the app does not record my ride. ### 4/5 — Only one issue for me *2023-03-04* Everything about the app/bike works as expected for me. I’m experiencing one issue where the directions on the bike display are inaccurate when using navigation. It’s not a feature that I really use, so no real impact. But my back wheel has been a struggle ever since I had it the spokes keep breaking on it and my inner tube keeps losing air. I’ve replaced it several times and I still have issues with it. I’ve never had bikes spokes break on my bikes before until this one. It’s extremely difficult to replace the inner tube on the bike cause the tires are so hard to get off of the wheel. It’s ridiculous. And Customer Service isn’t helpful either. Dann, Digital einschalten geht ûberhaupt nich bei minimale Feuchtigkeit!!!!! Ein Riesen Manko!!! Software macht manchmal was er will. Bluetooth WIRD NACH 3/4 Jahr fast, NICHT MEHR ANGEZEIGT! Grad heute Abend geht der Recharger mysterioserweise NICHT MEHR! Ist kaputt. Keine Leuchanzeige. Keine recharge. Die versprochenen 100Km pro Ladund sind absolut eine Tæuschung! Mit nur 10 km ist die Batterie LEER!!! Ich wûrde das Fahrrad gerne ausgetauscht haben! Ist Unzuverlässig! Ich schætze man kriegt das Geld nicht mehr zurück! Fahrrad sieht schon aus.
