Forced to use the card for work and absolutely hate it. When disputing a transaction you are told to MAIL OR FAX receipts. If you have personal accounts with US Bank this is the wrong app for you. FIXED *2018-06-24* Yes it is my corporate choice and it works well for me to preview the charges before they get dumped into my expense app. However the UI can use some improvements. I use an iPhone 6 and the font for the cents displayed in the list of transactions is so tiny; they are unreadable even with reading glasses! What does it take to up the size a bit as they have no settings for this? I can get nowhere with the bank’s customer service... UPDATE: Fonts have now been fixed I latest app! Everything seems to work fine on the app so far though. ### 3/5 — Almost there… *2021-06-23, version 7.23.0* To truly replace Access Online we need transaction management - specifically the ability to add allocations using accounting codes. All other features are working great. ### 3/5 — Good for review but lacks features *2020-01-13, version 7.13.0* I was hoping to see that you could use a smartphone to take a picture of a receipt and attach it to the transactions. Like you can in web version. However, there are limited features. Good for a general summary overview of the account but that's about it ### 2/5 — Go back to the previous format *2025-06-12, version 9.2.0* This update was so unnecessary in the fact that all the animations to take you through the transactions wastes time. The in app camera has also changed because the size of my photos are triple than what they were before, and I sometimes need to use more than photo for a receipt but the 5MB maximum doesn’t allow me to submit attachments when each photo is at least 2.7MB. I also don’t like that I can no longer swipe from transaction to transaction by date but instead have to go out to the main transaction list. Update the colour scheme, fine, but the functionality is a downgrade now. ### 2/5 — Lacks Basic functionality, have to use pen and paper to track stuff *2023-10-02, version 8.2.0* I have to use this app for work. I have two main complaints. One I can’t see pending transactions. Two the transactions delete after 99 and you don’t have them broken off by month so it’s just a huge running list which makes this app hard to use. Update this thing into the modern era because this app is like driving a car with no Windows.
