Keeps says incorrect password and username. Tried contacting US Bank and they were unable to help or point me in the right direction. I’ve deleted the app and re installed. I’ve used Apple passwords and entered passwords manually. First I set my password, then it told me the one I entered was wrong (it couldn’t be as I copy & pasted it). I then did the password reset & the app locked on that screen and wouldn’t do any reset. Force close & reopen - same issue. Delete app and reinstall - I was able to reset the password and get in. Then I tried to add the card to my Apple pay, error. Tried manually without the app, error. Deleted the app and reinstalled, now the card will add to my ApplePay. The app has no support number in it. I called US Bank who was very nice, but unable to help. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t recognize password *2023-10-05, version 3.6.19* You make an account and then it says it doesn’t recognize username or password. Your boss or wife keeps breathing down your neck, wondering why you haven’t received the payment yet. ### 1/5 — Worst app ever *2023-08-01* Big companies PLEASE do not use. It has been so inconvenient for every employee. I got a new phone and they cannot transfer over any of my money my company gave me. They are saying the amount they gave me is incorrect. I have data proving that it’s the correct amount they have given me. I lost thousands of dollars. Not to mention the time I put into this. This is the worst app ever. The way it obscures the fields with a keyboard when creating a password makes it impossible to use.
