I could not pay the card without a phone conversation, and had NSFs from my bank because a glitch pinged against closed savings instead of current accounts, all through their auto connect system. Customer care has too little technical knowledge to troubleshoot. After three months of a conversation every week with someone, I’ve decided to cut the card and will no longer do business with this bank. What? I can deposit personal checks from any crazy person for up to $30k. I don’t have a branch where I live. Come on in to the 21st century please. I’m leaving your bank.
