It’s such a bad ap that it is unusable. ### 1/5 — Garbage *2021-03-01, version 3.9.6* Complete garbage ### 1/5 — Barely functional, poor security, ugly *2019-10-11, version 3.4.1* This app is just a web front end for a very old feeling mobile website. The app doesn’t support Touch ID or Face ID. The login procedure is a hassle. The app clearly doesn’t support native UI elements or modern screen resolutions. It gets 1 star for being able to show numbers (balance) and non-interactive, static charts. It’s barely scraping by. It provides very little, if any value to customers. The product owner of this team needs to address this product or retire it. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Featureless app *2026-07-11, version 5.0.1* I’ve seen more features in a 1960s Buick. This app couldn’t answer the most basic questions you have about your portfolio. Trends? Never heard of them. Date comparison? In your dreams. You want to put money in? You’re crazy. A pie chart is all you get. Seriously..who is this for? ### 1/5 — Feels like a 1990s App *2026-02-01, version 4.9.50* This has no way of tracking changes of total value over time. This is less functional than E*trade from 1990, Ameritrade or Schwab. Have loved US bank on everything but this is very disappointing. It is the very least information you could present with no way to tracking changes or trends. I could be in error and may not see how to get more than basic information. I will change this review if this is my error or the app changes. ### 1/5 — 1990 Apps *2026-01-29* This has no way of tracking changes of total value change over time. This is less functional than E*trade from 1990, Ameritrade or Schwab. Have loved US bank on everything but this is very disappointing. If usbank contracts this out they should get their money back. ### 1/5 — Not an app *2025-12-05, version 4.9.50* Blank page that hangs forever ### 1/5 — App feels like 2000s *2024-12-05, version 4.9.47* The look and feel of the app is terrible. It doesn’t show history gain. Great for all my banking right on my phone or computer. I do most of my banking right on the phone except for getting cash from ATM and large bills from the tellers. ### 5/5 — Great app, but. *2024-03-19, version 4.9.11* Love the app, great to see breakdowns but would love to have charts like Robinhood. So if you’re on your holdings you can individually select a stock and go through the price history and other things.
