This bank disappoints me more every day every time I go to cash a check. I always take about half an hour waiting for me to know who approves

Today I made a payment of my American express of $100 and in my US Century Bank account I had $98.75 that is, I was negative with a dollar and little and for that dollar and little they charged me $38 surcharge just for having the negative of 4 and a half hours they charged me $38

You can't enter the bank with a cap with glasses and weapons with high shoes in Short. The attention is terrible and hypocritical. My God, what a disgusting bank.

este banco cada día me decepciona más cada vez que voy a cambiar un cheque siempre me demoro como media hora esperando a que no se quien apruebe

Hoy hice un pago de mi American express de 100 $ y en mi cuenta de US Century Bank tenía 98.75 $ o sea me quedé de negativo con un dólar y poco y por ese dólar y poco me cobraron 38 $ de recargo solo por tener el negativo de 4 horas y media me cobraron 38 $

Al banco no puedes entrar con gorra con gafas con armas con zapatos altos en Short. La atención es pésima e hipócrita. Dios mío qué asco de banco
