The title says full US code of federal regulations but you only get the first 5 titles. Waste of Money!!!

I spent money on this app so that I could look up cites. It appears to be only the first 5 titles. these are not what I need for reference. I don't think the description was very clear in saying that it didn't include 45 other titles. this wasn't a cheap app for what it provides. unsat

This app is totally misleading. It not only isn't the CFR's, it only has 5 of 51 titles of US Code(they are not one in the same). I WANT MY MONEY BACK. They are fraudulently advertising. Since it is interstate and by Internet, it may be Wire Fraud, which has Racketeering statutes against it.
