This is US Coin Collector Mobile which uses the same data as US Coin Collector Desktop which runs on Apple Mac's.

Our PREMIUM version which includes backup & restore to Dropbox, a full range of Reports, Custom Reports, Multiple Collections, and shares the same data files used by our OS/X versions. New security feature to SECURE your collection, requires finger print verification before displaying coin data, protecting your collection from prying eyes.

Comes equipped with an extensive Dictionary covering every coin minted by the US Mint:

Would you like to be able to use the App on multiple Apple mobile devices? We have a solution for that. The Backup / Restore feature allows you to backup a copy of your collection on your iPhone, and then Restore the backup to perhaps your iPad. This makes it easy to sync your collection between your various Apple devices.

Enjoy sharing photo's of your trophies? We offer unlimited photos. Use that high-resolution camera in your iPhone to snap photo's of your coins, then Backup the collection to the Cloud and restore to your iPad for viewing. Backup and Restore uses Dropbox in this release but we are working hard to add support for iCloud.

Did we mention Reports? Yes, we have reports covering basic inventory, buy-lists, detailed financial analysis, and more. Better yet, you can choose between printing or emailing to a friend or maybe your Accountant.

New Custom Reports allow you to design your own reports, select which items you'd like to view and how you'd like them to appear. Very cool, and works across both iPhone/iPad and your Mac Computer (with US Coin Collector for Mac).

Finally, many collectors find they are managing more than one collection. US Coin Collector HELPS with that, by supporting the option of creating multiple distinct coin collections. I wanted an app to help me track my coins so I could easily see where the gaps are in my collections when I go to coin shows or coin shops. This app does so much more than that. It lets you enter a lot of info, take tons of pictures (if there is a limit per entry, I haven’t hit it yet). How is this app not on every Numismatist phone!?! Get the app, it’s worth the price!

I did deduct one star because it doesn’t store the full picture, just the top 1/2 but once I figured that out I got good at getting what I wanted in that 1/2. Fix that and I will be back to give that 5th star.

**Developer response:** You are right about just the top 1/2 and i have never been able to resolve why that happens. Sorry about that. The work around i use is to take photos outside of the App using Photos directly and then switch to the app and add the photo you just took.

Collection saved immediately after a sort so it remains in that order next time you open the app. 
On iPad Collection view is reloaded immediately after sort so the changes are immediately visible.
Fixed bug where if you entered a purchase price BUT NOT a purchase date the coin's purchase price was not displayed. Following this change coins will appear in the Buy List only when they do not have either a purchase price or date. If you enter either of these, the coin will not appear in the Buy List.
