Change is always hard with new everything!! Getting a new account opened, a new banking app to navigate, changing auto pays and direct deposits, getting a new debit card and dealing with unknown people is daunting. I decided to tackle it and go local. I’m so happy I did as Every Single Step I had to take has been seamless. The best part is Every Single Person I’ve met has been awesome, helpful and knowledgeable! I’m so grateful to have a credit union right near me and wish I hadn’t waited so long!!
