It is helpful most of the time. In the recent months I have had problems keeping track of payments pending and scheduled. They will disappear on the app and then reappear when posted. I do like the app but it is difficult to track my payments on the app. It has buttons for scheduled and pending but they showed nothing. Now it won’t let me copy/paste my password for my account (I randomize my password for security purposes so that’s the easiest way for me to login). I just end up using the website now since I can still copy and paste there. ### 1/5 — One bug makes it so I barely use the app. *2021-11-23, version 21.2.70* Seems to work well, only I can’t copy/paste passwords from my password app. All of my passwords are long and complex, especially for a financial institution. Its frustrating. None of my other apps do this...it is not my phone. Currently I have to log in the regular way because Facial ID will not stay turned on within this app. ### 3/5 — Ease of use *2026-02-24, version 4020.0.0* Things are either too complicated to figure out yourself or just doesn’t work at all. Otherwise it’s a decent app ### 3/5 — Notifications *2019-10-29, version 19.1.200* Only complaint is Touch ID sometimes tells you that you can’t login and asks for your password, says your password is incorrect tells you to call leading you to be locked out your account. Don’t know why there’s a option for notifications in the app and you get 0 notifications. ZERO. You don’t have any notification when you make a purchase, or when money is deposited or withdrawn from your account. Add notifications for transactions and it’s easily 4 star but for now I’d say 3. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — New Member *2026-05-20, version 4021.0.2* I’ve been a member at another credit union forever that has always been awesome, but not in the Mt Juliet area. Change is always hard with new everything!! Getting a new account opened, a new banking app to navigate, changing auto pays and direct deposits, getting a new debit card and dealing with unknown people is daunting. I decided to tackle it and go local. I’m so happy I did as Every Single Step I had to take has been seamless. The best part is Every Single Person I’ve met has been awesome, helpful and knowledgeable! I’m so grateful to have a credit union right near me and wish I hadn’t waited so long!!
