I read the about section and these folks appear to be fiscal hawks. There is nothing wrong with that we need it in the government but I even had 4 AIs analysis come to similar conclusions. I now go more directly to trusted sources and maybe it’s just the government cooking books I’m not sure but I am sure this doesn’t seem to be 100% centrist/just the facts. ### 3/5 — Get the numbers right *2026-02-03, version 4.4* As of February 2026 your quoted price for gold and silver—both easily obtained—are quite off. Gold is not and never has been $900/oz. Silver was above $100 but recently dropped to the mid $80s. Please, for the sake of credibility with your less visible numbers, get the easy ones correct ### 2/5 — Charged without subscribing *2026-01-17* App data is cool but I was charged 4.99 to my Apple account and I had never made an in app purchase nor signed up for any subscription to use the app. My Apple account doesn’t even show this as an active subscription so there is not an option to cancel. This app, however, is worth the effort. First off, it relieves the user of having to visit the Debt Clock website for a quick glance at the debt and the other info couched within. Secondly, the data this app reveals is massive, easily quantified, and understandable. Finally it’s totally worth the one time charge of $4.99. DOGE savings higher than elon ever claimed? a DOGE dividend? "money saved" by border security which is still less than the budget increases for ICE. btw illegal immigrants are a net inflow for revenue. whatever. the whole charade falls apart when you look at the top line- the deficit just goes up despite all the lies about savings. none of this money is being given back. i want my money back for this app. it's ok, you can afford it, you're apparently receiving DOGE dividend checks. i certainly am not. ### 1/5 — The inclusion of DOGE *2025-03-04, version 4.4* I thought this would be a reliable app until they included the D.O.G.E. Clock with the savings and refund per taxpayer. There is no reliable information showing these savings or refunds. Adding this just shows the developer is a Musk simp. ### 1/5 — Does not match doge’s website *2025-03-02, version 4.4* At the time of this review, DOGE’s website says $65 billion estimated to be saved, while this app says $154 billion. That’s a massive divide that I keep posting about on X and nobody can explain. Can’t use this app since it’s consistently giving me wrong information. ### 1/5 — Now peddles false, unverified information. *2025-02-22* I’ve had this app on my phone for several years now, at least since 2019. I considered it reputable until I decided to check it today. Now they have added a “waste fraud and abuse” section, using unverified numbers that are made up by the billionaires as a pretext to steal from the taxpayers by cutting all of the PUBLIC programs that we pay for, that benefit us.
