Withdraw and deposits. Would help with monitoring accounts without having to make time to log in daily. It’s hard to navigate. I’ve tried to set up auto pay twice, once with the help of a representative. Money was not collected on the date entered, and my bill was late. I know it’s right because I sign in online with the same info. Plus if I accidentally hit the wrong key I press backspace the whole thing is erased. To see if I did anything wrong ### 1/5 — Too much hassle to make a payment *2023-07-11, version 4.39.187* I have had the hardest time to make a payment for my mom, since my mom who is elder has a hard time and I see why, I have to get the code everytime for one payment , they won’t accept my payment over the phone and if they accept hers it’s a $15 payment. If you ask me a bank is more friendly than a Credit Union now a days.
