Now when I have one and a half case, it gives an error whenever I try to place decimal to get 1.5 as my on hand many items are not clear it it is asking for pack or pond. The app will only tell me that I can expect delivery at 7 at night. This is unacceptable especially when I purchase over $4000 in products a week, then when my delivery arrives I am missing items that I ordered. Until the last couple of updates it was great. Ever since two updates ago it has been storing memory and so the grey title bars continue to move while you are trying to order, so that eventually all you see are the grey bars. On iPhone it is extremely difficult to lower quantity or remove a product from an order all together. Please add a feature to create a shopping list! I’m tired of having to search every item by product number when I purchase the same items every week! Instead I have to scroll thru page after page, being super extra careful I don’t hit “submit order” instead of “next page” which are literally sandwiched together when you get to the bottom. Trying to put our weekly order in and I can’t read half of what’s on my screen! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — The app is glitchy *2022-09-01, version 8.16.1* I never leave bad reviews, but this app constantly crashes or loses my order when I place it. ### 1/5 — Worst app I’ve ever used *2022-07-07, version 8.15.2* Constantly has “system error” every time I try to go on. Takes forever to load, and we can’t tract our deliveries properly. Shows our deliveries as “delivered” when they aren’t yet delivered. ### 1/5 — Delivery Data is Useless *2022-06-21, version 8.15.2* Fine for ordering food, though I prefer the desktop version for that. Delivery data is useless. I have the food delivered to a commissary kitchen, where I do not otherwise spend much time. The app apparently uses truck location tracking data (as opposed to an input of any kind from the driver) to determine delivery status updates. It will often report my food as having been delivered when really the truck may have just stopped or driven nearby (and may not be planning to drop for hours). It also reshuffles the order of delivery and bounces the times around throughout the day based on the same bad data. I switched to US Foods largely because I thought the way the app appeared to work was superior to Sysco. It even seemed to work pretty well for a while. I don’t know if something changed over time, but it has become completely unreliable - making delivery days my most difficult days of the week, as I am completely unable to plan for or around delivery times. It is terrible & it seems like it should be so easy to fix. If there was a driver input, where he/she checked in and out of his stops and could arrange his delivery order as needed within the app (thereby letting me know) instead of relying on gps tracking, it seems like the problem would be solved. Please fix this! ### 1/5 — Slow app. *2022-04-04, version 8.14.1* UPDATE:::: (Months later, app getting slower and slower and slower. As a 18 year vested customer with US Foods I recommend firing the app writer and getting a new one. The money I spend with US is not being spent well. ) Apple should be offered 0 stars for products like this. App is incredibly slow. No need for pages, especially having to wait for next page to load… and load…. Does not show purchase history without opening 4 pages to see when the last time this item was purchased. I'm reading all of these complaints on here about shopping lists and back button, I've never had an issue with any of those. You get what you put into it, i built my order guide and anytime I order a new product it's automatically added. I didn't even want to try it after I saw the reviews but I had no choice. I got stuck a couple of times, couldn't find the back button etc, but I asked a 21 year old coworker to look at it and she could get everything to work! ### 5/5 — Great App. Just add one thing please. *2016-07-17, version 6.2.1* I love the app. There is one thing that would make this app better. I would like to be able to enter my par levels into my order guide and have them showing next to each item. This way each of my managers can get the order done in half the time by entering it into the app on their phone as they are counting, instead of carrying a clip board to write it down and then sitting at the computer to enter it.
