I try the app and nothing I try the web and nothing. I considering switching to a competitor. Will someone answer if I need them? Fix your app and web page or I’m outta here ### 2/5 — Emergency App *2025-11-19, version 1.5.10* I would like to have an app that in case of emergency is easy to open to an easy to see emergency page that is easy to tap on the pertinent information needed. Currently, I don’t see that. I would like to see more information about my plan from the app besides billing. Legal information, easy to read information that is easy to access, attorney listings of any attorneys that may be calling me that might be in my state. Currently I do not see that either. I asked a question to someone who called about my upcoming renewal but they could not answer an easy question. They said they would find out and call me back. They didn’t call me back.
