For only $25.00. Month we get unlimited talk and text plus seventy gigs of data in throttled. Which is way more than we need. The biggest irritant is that the app doesn’t offer notifications when chatting with a support agent; this makes it incredibly easy to miss a reply from the support agent and elongates the resolution time. The other frustrating experience is the network transfer feature. Since the latest update, I’ve been unable to access my account, and getting help has been nearly impossible. I’ve tried reaching out for assistance, but no one seems willing or able to resolve the issue. It’s incredibly frustrating to be locked out of my own account after an update and not receive the support needed to fix it. Customer service should be there to help customers when problems arise, but unfortunately, that has not been my experience. However, transfers never work! I tried transferring from Warp to Dark Star for example, follow the instructions carefully, install eSIM, and it just does not work. Then, I get on at LEAST AN HOUR chat with customer support. They take SO LONG, asking ONE QUESTION at a time when they could be asking multiple at once. Nobody has over one hour to dedicate over a SIMPLE fix. I ask urgently for a replacement eSIM QR code, that’s all I ask, and it becomes over an hour session. And I pay $44 a month for Unlimited Premium. This caused auto pay to fail. I tried to pay manually but it had the wrong amount because I switched plans. Then I tried to contact customer support via chat but the wait is 18 minutes. Then when the chat finally started the chat app didn’t work right the chat seemed to go on and offline even though my internet connection was great ### 1/5 — Data waster mode not available on app *2026-07-04, version 10.13.0* US Mobile used to be a great service but they are slowly turning into a sleazy company which doesn’t respect their users. They are forcing users to turn on a setting once a month to use all the data purchased. This itself is a very poor decision. I never was willing to pay Verizon prices and now I get its cell towers with low monthly charges.
