Everything related to the Insiders program typically does load and you will miss caps and points being added to your account because it never processes right. It still says awaiting kickoff for the France vs US U23, when it already happened. Also, is there any chance to get a lineup for the friendly against France this afternoon. This is the kind of info that will make me hit your app more often. It doesn't give the option to choose wether you want to follow the info on the women's team or the men's team easily. I was hoping for info like lineups, formations, substitutions, how to watch, match location, etc. But to have the game not even on the list of matches… dude. ### 1/5 — How Do I Hate This App - Let Me Count the Ways *2022-12-31, version 2.8.0* I would, but why bother. It makes me log in all the the, claims I don’t have an account, navigation is not great, finding upcoming tournaments is difficult, …. But really, if it would only reliably recognize that I have an account, I wouldn’t care so much about the other problems. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Ridiculous downgrade *2026-06-30, version 4.4.2* I find this new app to be far less informative and far less user friendly than the previous app. The “promises” made for a new and easier to use app with information “at your fingertips” is a joke. I couldn’t even find something as basic as the current roster for the USWNT. I’m seriously losing interest in American soccer, since it seems to have given way to too many outside interests. ### 1/5 — App doesn’t work *2026-03-17, version 3.1.12* The app doesn’t work you can’t sign in or create an account you can only continue as guest. ### 1/5 — Completely broken on iOS 15 for over a year *2025-11-10, version 2.9.4* After installing the most recent iOS 15 compatible version of the app from the App Store, the app will display the following message on app startup: ‘Update required This version of the U.S. Soccer App is no longer supported.
