USA baseball needs to invest in some more software developers. ### 3/5 — Great Content *2019-07-17, version 2.0.5* The app has great content when it works. I’m running this app on an IPhone XSMax and the videos and plans only worked the first time opened the app. When I click on a topic, the screen is blank. When the app was working, there would be a description of the drill, a diagram on the bottom, and a video link on top. Now it doesn’t work. As a new baseball coach, I want to stay current on the newest trends for warming up and keeping my ball players healthy through proper training. I can see this apps potential. It’s a shame, because it makes the app nearly unusable. ### 3/5 — Striking out on sound *2019-05-01* Overall this is a great app with tons of drills for the average youth coach. Unfortunately, the sound work for the videos when I originally downloaded the app but now is no longer working. I have tried deleting and re-downloading the app with no success. A fix would be greatly appreciated! I love all the features... from the large drill library to the practice plans to the videos to the pitch count log. However, this app would be so much better if there were additional features that let you share practice plans with your assistant coaches and players and send drills to players, or create individual improvement plans for players with drills for them to work on independently. ### 3/5 — Great content, app still has issues *2018-05-03, version 2.0* Content is better than anything out there. Great resource for coaches of all age groups. App performance is poor, and login issues are still present. Honestly the website has some issues of its own as well. Support for both is marginal at best. The easy to use drills have really helped my practices become more efficient and beneficial for my athletes, while the videos and tutorials help make sure I'm on my game when leading my players. Parents can use the app for useful information for their son or daughter, and players can even practice on their own to help improve their play. I love the app and use it often. Also, the pitch smart tool is really handy for keeping my pitchers' arms healthy. I recommend every coach get this app, regardless of experience! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work on iPhone *2022-08-26, version 4.3.5* Freezes upon opening on iPhone. iPad works no problem. ### 1/5 — Won’t log on *2019-10-23, version 2.0.6* I tried logging on with my username and password from the USA Baseball website, but it won’t work. When I tried creating an account on the app, I kept getting errors. I’ll try some other time and see if the issue gets fixed in an update. In the meantime, this app isn’t very useful. ### 1/5 — Slow Video Playback *2019-05-31, version 2.0.3* I have to wait 5-10 mins for each minute long video to load. And that’s on data service as well as multiple WiFi services. So it’s an app issue. I enter my information and touch “register” and get an error message of “Argumentfault: An error occurred. However, the reset doesn’t work. I now have to somehow remember how I contacted them the last time in which they still could not get me in and will have to wait for the next time they update their app to hopefully fix it. But now all I get is a sign in error and a white screen with no opportunity to reset the password. My credentials work fine on the USA baseball website...please fix soon! Updated: 5/20/2017: Heard back from the developer, said they updated the app. Unfortunately I am still getting the same issue. I still get a white screen without any opportunity to log in. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, with no luck. Please fix!
