## What is USA Direct?

The USA Direct Funding app connects approved brokers and their loan officers to USA Direct Funding to get loan status updates, upload file conditions, connect instantly with your account executive, and quickly view your pipeline and current loan status.

The USA Direct Funding app allows all parties (loan officers, USA Direct Account Executives) to track the progress of the home loan application process as the Home Buyer meets the milestones and conditions required to get final approval.

The App allows Loan Officers to:
- Use our Mortgage Calculator to determine an exact monthly mortgage payment
- Use the Mortgage Calculator to see if their Buyers are qualified for a loan amount
- Use the Mortgage Calculator to see which home loan types Buyers are eligible for
- Print a Pre-Approval Letter to use when making an offer on a Home
- Use the Milestones tool to track your pipeline progress
- Use the Conditions tool to submit items to USA Direct Funding to meet underwriting condition
- Contact USA Direct Funding quickly and easily
