Latest iOS the selector bar is blank.  It’s unusable.  Unable to get a refund from Apple.  $2 waste.

**Developer response:** Unfortunately, you haven't submitted an issue to our support email address yet to give us the opportunity to verify and fix this bug.
Please send us details about the issue (iPhone model and iOS version) to our support email address.
BTW: A 1-star rating without a support request doesn't help anyone.

The app doesn’t work, I shouldn’t have bought it

**Developer response:** What exactly is not working? Unfortunately we have not received any message to our support team from you, yet.
We (and Apple for the app approval) were testing the app intensiv but no bug found yet. Therefore we are really interested what you found.

How come the United States Embassy isn’t on the app. Or it should have mention it before I brought it. Terrible

In which country you are looking for the US embassy and you are missing it in the app?
In the USA itself there is no US embassy because it is your home country.

This app is not well maintained, the US embassy in London moved in 2018 and it’s still not updated

We updated the database and the new version was uploaded to Apple.

The app don’t show the names on the countries so that you can lookup them.

There is a PickerView on the bottom of the screen where you can choose the country.

### 2/5 — Great idea. Data appears innacurate or incomplete.

I like the concept and for a world traveler this will be useful. But ask the fancy AR features are useless if your data isn't accurate. I checked the country in in this week: Spain. According to US State Dept web site, there's a consulate in Barcelona but Spain isn't listed in the consulate tab. Why aren't you downloading this data directly from US government web site and making it correct by construction.

Yes, we agree that it would be great to have a possibility to get a direct link to the data from the State Dept. Unfortunately until now there is no possibility we found which makes this possible. At the moment it is for us a manual process to keep track the changes. 
As soon as we find another way we will implement it.

In any case we will eliminate inaccurate data as soon as possible.

Wow, that was a waste of money. 2 stars for providing ONLY the US embassy info.  Seems to me the logical thing would be to include the US consulates in each country, too! If you look at the UK "embassy" app, they have embassies and consulates listed worldwide, and for the same price as this less than useful app. I want my money back!

This app is designed with my travel needs in mind.  The app has a clear purpose.  The app's screen has the right amount of relevant information.  It is easy to find the contacts needed for your trip.  I can get information quickly.  The app's menu options are well-suited for international travelers.  

Overall Impressions:  The app provides quality content that is very helpful and useful to travelers.  I would highly recommend this app to a friend or colleague.
