The share link/button/function does not appear. Now it refreshes randomly so I can't come back and finish an article if I get interrupted. And the Entertainment section now takes me to the web version. Honestly, the web version of USA Today sucks. That's why I subscribe to the app. If I wanted to wrestle with the web version, I wouldn't have bothered to download the app. I'm disappointed in how much this app has changed over the years, and not for the better. ### 2/5 — Front "page" tech issues *2026-08-19, version 8.13.0* I have subscribed for years and read daily. I've generally found this easy and informative but lately many of the articles on the Top Stories section don't open when I try to tap/open them - very odd. I have to search for the key words in the article title, then I can open from the search page. Is it my phone? Don't know but the sports section still showing NBA as the first sport even though the season has been over for months is definitely not my phone. The ability to personalize the sports section was removed for a while now (maybe a year?), but that hadn't worked as intended for a couple years (it would lose the personalization and revert to standard every time). So now I get the sports scores and schedules elsewhere. Now the Entertainment section takes you to the web version - which it terrible. Fix this. That's not what I bought. The Developers are horrible. On iPad the version looks god awful - make it the way it was when it worked. The most egregious of the overly sensitive ads is Expedia. I’ve probably opened that webpage more times than any other in my entire search history.
