Then they have been asking her for same info over and over again; it seems like right hand doesn’t know what left does. The package cost below 300 lari( local Currency) , they saying she owes customs fee that is goes against local law. Customer service is unhelpful and I will never use this service again. My friend still haven’t seen her birthday present after submitting all info , paying customs fee and I lost 115$. I had entrusted USA2GEORGIA Carrier Service with an important package that needed to reach its destination within a specific timeframe. However, the package arrived well beyond the promised delivery date, causing significant disruption to both myself and the recipient. Despite paying for expedited shipping, the lack of professionalism and disregard for timeliness displayed by USA2GEORGIA Carrier Service was appalling. What added insult to injury was their abysmal customer service. In summary, my experience with USA2GEORGIA Carrier Service was nothing short of a total disaster. The web acc or the app doesn’t allow me to proceed with the payment but Their rep replies to my emails and says everything else but how to pay via bank transfer. What a joke!!!
