### 4/5 — Doesn’t keep usage up to date

*2026-06-24*

This morning I logged into my computer and the usage showed 27% in the menu bar. I clicked refresh and it showed 0%. The app doesn’t do a good job at keeping itself up to date with your actual usage. I find myself refreshing the app several times throughout the week to ensure I’m seeing accurate usage information.

### 4/5 — Works great but…

*2026-03-19*

I really like the extension—it’s super helpful and works great. Just log in and you’re good to go. The new features, like the status reminder and percentage indicator, are nice additions. However, the percentage and the menu bar icon feel a bit too large, and there’s a bit too much space between them.

### 4/5 — Besides Here

*2026-02-25*

Is there a way to send you a feature request or report a bug, I don’t see it. I love this app it so great but the export is not working and I’d like it to. Thanks

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Does not work

*2026-08-25*

Im using clade in real time but it doesn’t reflect onto the usage counter

### 1/5 — It was paid by mistake

*2026-06-09*

Please proceed with the refund procedure(6/2) No refund yet(6/4) not refund yet when did u refund? dont ignore(6/9)

### 1/5 — Why Is it broken?

*2026-05-08*

Stuffing the actual useful element, the dashboard, behind a paywall that doesn’t even let you pay is crazy work. Back to creating my own usage monitor I guess,

### 1/5 — A horrible update to the dashboard

*2026-04-26*

So I woke up to my dashboard being hidden behind a paywall when it was previously free. I think you should at least ship new features and put those behind a paywall and not put existing free features behind a paywall after an update.

### 1/5 — Spam - Do not use

*2026-03-08*

Still fighting to remove this from my Mac. It shows as Open when it is not. You cannot force it to quit.

### 1/5 — Never Ending Login Loop

*2026-03-02*

I launch the app and sign in and then nothing. I click the link to log in to Claude again and I already am but nothing changes in this app. Which is too bad because I thin I’d like this app. At least it was free and I didn’t pay money to get to this point.

### 2/5 — Too much behind paywall

*2026-09-12*

I understand wanting your premium features behind a paywall but the widget itself still shows them an advertisement to purchase them every time I look at usage. Would be better if I just didn’t get those features. I also must manually refresh the usage on the widget which is an undesired additional step.

### 2/5 — Often Loses Connection

*2026-05-19*

It’s great when it works but it loses the connection to Claude a lot and there’s no indication on the menubar it has lost the connection (you have to dig in). Also the choice of a 3-bar bar graph that fills up from the button to show usage % is a wild one.

**Developer response:** You can change the bar graph to either fill from button up or left to right in the appearance settings. The app is highly customizable. If you have any feature requests or bugs feel free to send a feedback using the app.
Thank you !

### 3/5 — It’s Ok

*2026-03-02*

Really annoying to setup. Had to try many times because it wouldn’t process my gmail.

### 3/5 — Bug when Sign in with Google

*2026-01-13*

When I signed in with my google account, it did not signed in properly. I tried multiple times, quit and open applications, re-tried, but nothing happens.
It would be appreciated that fix this issue!

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Great For My Needs

*2026-08-09*

4.5

I tried a few widgets and apps to help monitor my Claude use limits but this is the only one that worked properly and offered what I needed.

I wish there was a way to check for version updates with the app UI.

### 5/5 — Excellent

*2026-07-15*

Just what I was looking for

### 5/5 — Extremely helpful tool

*2026-05-27*

Like most people, nearly all of my work life is in some way, shape, or form intertwined with Claude. Having a sense of my token burn per session, and per weekly allotment, is extraordinarily helpful. I'm amazed it's a feature that Anthropic hasn't yet released (but then again it's not in their best interest to warn someone when they're about to hit an overage). Well done, and thank you for your development.

### 5/5 — I Appclaude Your Efforts!

*2026-04-29*

Very well designed, easy to use, takes the mystery out of the Claude usage limits (which are still frustrating compared to that other product).

🍕 was an easy decision!

### 5/5 — So far, so good

*2026-04-28, version 2.5*

Only just downloaded, but does everything I need. Easy decision to upgrade, one off £4.99, no subscription, thank you for that.

Added a suggestion to add ‘design’ usage. I only tried 1 other so far, but this does the job. Thanks.

### 5/5 — Great app, one feature request

*2026-04-20*

Excellent app that does exactly what I want and more. I just have one request. Can we add an additional way to sync that isn’t iCloud? I like iCloud for simplicity but…

Reason:
My Claude Code (and therefore the Mac that is up 24/7) is on a different Apple ID than what is on my phone. This is common for those of us who are using Claude Code as a 24/7 agent.

I’d be okay even if it was a self hosted sync option.

### 5/5 — Perfect!

*2026-03-29, version 2.3*

Does a great job, easy to install, easy to use and looks good too.

### 5/5 — Amazing app!

*2026-01-09*

Lets me know where I am with my Claude subscription. This is a invaluable app for macOS!

### 5/5 — Works great!

*2025-12-16*

I really needed this and I almost didn’t try it due to the random one star rating with no review, but I’ve been using for several weeks now and there’s no reason to get too excited, it’s a simple widget, but it does what it says it would and has really helped me stay under usage limits. I didn’t like having to sign in to my Claude Pro account, but I assume Apple has the security end of things under control and nothing odd so far. Great widget, glad I found it.

I just spent 10 minutes looking for a way to contact you (Amir), I wish you didn’t make it so hard…. Anyway, awkward but I guess this is the only way to share a couple ideas:

Make the square version of the widget with graphs and text, easier to understand.

Add “burn rate” or even just colors for times when your current usage rate (at the current rate) will hit your Claude usage limits.

Add a simple timeline so I can estimate this myself (simple 5 ticks for current session, 7 ticks for weekly) - (or radial ticks for the square widget)

**Developer response:** Thank you a lot for the in depth review!
I really appreciate you taking the time and I hope the 1.5 shows that. I was working already on the burn rate feature you requested and is part of this update. Here is a list of the updates that I made from your feedback:
- A new small size widget that shows numbers (in addition to the circles one)
- A feedback feature so that you can post bugs of feature requests .
- history view showing the timeline with weekly and session graphs and predictions and estimations. You can export to csv if you want to do your own calculations.
- share feature to share your history on social media.
I hope you will find this update useful.
Please provide any more requests or feedback.
Thanks again 🙏

### 4/5 — Please give us an Apple Watch complication!!

*2026-07-23*

This is what this app needs. Being able to quickly glance and see usage similar to activity rings. Thanks for continuing to improve this great app!

**Developer response:** v3.0 adds Apple Watch complications! Enjoy :)
