I can’t decide which is worse, the app or the bank itself, probably a dead heat. Unfortunately, I have no choice and must use them because that’s where the association I represent has decided to bank. I moved my business and personal accounts (multi-million dollar accounts) to a different bank long ago, and didn’t even get a call. **Developer response:** We are very sorry to hear you are having trouble with our mobile app. Please contact us at your earliest convenience at 866-872-1866 so we can help resolve your issue. ### 1/5 — Put Your Money Elsewhere *2025-06-06* This is by far the worst banking app I’ve ever used. Not surprising coming from the single worst bank I’ve ever had the displeasure of working with. I’ve moved all of the account I control to other banks but am forced to continue to use USB for another account I can’t move. Stay as far away as you can. Any other bank is better. ### 1/5 — Remote deposit doesn’t work well *2023-05-23* More often than not, the app fails to detect the endorsement on the back of the check even though it has been endorsed. Enjoy your day and thank you for banking with USB. ### 1/5 — Bad banking app *2021-08-18* Less than mediocre app. The developers should check out Chase Bank and Bank of America apps. The performance of this app is unsatisfactory. Login is flawed. Deposits take endless clicks. Perfectly endorsed checks create error messages. The staff at the local branch couldn’t tell me what possibly could be wrong with the endorsements. Bill pay doesn’t show the check number created(it does on the PC app). I could go on and on. **Developer response:** Good morning.
