Still asking me to pay again. No customer service contact info to fix my account ### 1/5 — 'Recording failed' *2025-01-20* Set everything up as advised via the MacBook , after 10 mins of recording it said 'recording failed' and wiped all the footage. I am a vlogger and was used to OBS but detail goes far and beyond for giving you simultaneous multi angle cinematic video recording. It is a complete studio on mac and once you switch to it there is no going back. There is an amazing team of developers behind it constantly upgrading it. At first I had the same issue as the other reviewer, where it showed up black on my Mac. But after some playing I realized it’s actually just somewhat misleading: in the Mac app there are various thumbnails for different setups, and one of them mentions the iOS camera. But this doesn’t actually set the camera; you can use any camera with any preset.
