For instance, I can send and receive money to and from my family members who also have USB accounts, but to do so is super hard to figure out. My last couple of banks made this process way easier. Their staff is friendly and knowledgeable! The security they provide me to make sure my account is not hacked gives me peace of mine. Their employees explain to me recently some safety measures with me. For example don’t leave a debit card listed on an account for continuous opportunity for other to debit but put it on myself with each purchase. Very annoying. None of my other banking apps are as inconvenient to use as this one is.
