If you’re having issues at the login screen do the following: 1. Put in your email address 2. Put in your password 3. I recommend toggling the Face ID option on 4. The iOS developer must have made the font color white. When steps 1-3 are complete, click the top left corner of the app directly parallel from the Usba logo (which is located at the top right of the app). 5. It will then ask you to create a pin (be careful, as this saves once you input the last number (if memory serves correct). Hope this helps!
