Fixed

  - Streaming over the Metal renderer could falsely look frozen and force a reconnect on a strict ~5-second cycle a few seconds after connecting, even on a
  perfectly healthy 60fps stream — the Metal zero-copy fast path stopped updating frame-time stats once it took over, so the app's own silence watchdog
  mistook a working stream for a dead one.
  - The native Metal video overlay could pop up over the wrong screen after backgrounding the app mid-connection and returning to it — a connection attempt
  frozen in the background could "thaw" after the app had already shown a different screen, and its video would appear on top of it uninvited.
  - The iOS build showed a hardcoded "1.0.0" as the app version everywhere in the UI instead of the real version

Audio

  - Fixed garbled/robotic audio — the AES-CBC IV used to decrypt audio packets was packed in the wrong byte order, corrupting the first 16 bytes of every decoded audio frame (Opus header
  included). Audio encryption is now also requested explicitly instead of relying on host fallback.
  - Fixed CoreAudio's stream-restart path silently dropping the audio frame it was about to play.

  Input & connection reliability

  - Fixed input (touch/keyboard) going silently dead after certain reconnects — a race between connection start/stop could leave input marked inactive even though video/audio kept streaming.
  - Fixed a race between LiStartConnection/LiStopConnection that could corrupt shared connection state and silently drop all input.
  - Fixed the client sometimes racing its own stream-restart logic against native Moonlight teardown.
  - Fixed a leaked network relay session that wasn't cleaned up when a stream ended.
  - Fixed the client silently reconnecting video/audio right after the user had just disconnected.
  - Fixed video overlay teardown ordering so it no longer waits unnecessarily on network disconnect.

  Networking / Tailscale

  - Tailscale now always runs in userspace mode on every platform (dropped the old system-mode path) — improves reliability on sandboxed platforms like iOS.
  - Fixed stale Tailscale identity not self-healing, decoupled the connect-time network wait from the API timeout, and added a loading spinner to the Tailscale toggle.
  - Fixed the client silently bypassing Tailscale for a same-LAN direct IP when it shouldn't.
  - Fixed connections incorrectly being forced onto the physical LAN interface for loopback cases.
  - Client now prefers the real LAN interface when determining the pairing IP.

  Clipboard

  - Added shared clipboard sync (text/image/file) between agent and client, including native image/file clipboard sync on iOS.
  - Fixed clipboard resync on reconnect and hardened it against backend races.

  UI / GUI

  - Fixed UI stutter/freezing during input — sends are now queued asynchronously instead of blocking the UI thread; also removed noisy per-frame logging.
  - Enabled the video Config button on software-only agent hosts.
  - Hardware-only features are now correctly locked/hidden when connected to a plain-OS (non-hardware) agent.
