Is this Trojans Kids Club still active for 2023-2024 school year?

Tried emailing and calling a few times but never heard back from anyone?

Does not allow me to proceed to the final step to add CC info to place my order for the USC Kids Club Junior Trojans membership packages??  

Keeps giving me an error regarding the Terms and Conditions not being read but you cannot actually read it since selecting it only resets the form all over again :(
